Sizing & Fit
What makes PLF sizing different from other brands?
PLF is designed specifically for Asian women's body proportions — shorter torso, wider hips, and petite frames. Most international activewear brands size for Western body types, which means the waistband sits too high, the crotch is too long, or the hips are too tight. PLF cuts are made with Malaysian and Southeast Asian women in mind, so the fit is actually right — not just "close enough."
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — our pieces are designed to be snug but never restrictive. Still not sure? Drop us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram with your height, weight, and which product you're eyeing, and we'll tell you exactly what to get.
I'm 155–165cm and around 45–60kg — what size should I get?
Most customers in this range go with size S or M depending on hip width. If your hips are 34 inches or above, go M. If you're petite all around, S is usually perfect. Our leggings have enough stretch to accommodate a range, so don't stress too much.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes — we size to Malaysian standards, not US or European sizing. An S from PLF fits the same as a size S from a local Malaysian brand, not a Western one. If you're used to buying XS or S from international brands, you'll likely be S or M with us.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and buy-now-pay-later options. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes need to be made within 2 hours of purchase. WhatsApp us immediately at our customer service number and we'll do our best to help. Once the order is packed and dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, the email address entered at checkout may have a typo. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your name and approximate order time and we'll sort it out.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
West Malaysia: 2–4 working days. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): 4–7 working days. Occasionally during sale periods or public holidays, it may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Singapore, Brunei, and selected countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track it directly on the courier's website. If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 working days, drop us a message.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I request an exchange for a different size?
Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and which size you'd like to exchange for. We'll check stock availability and guide you through the process. Customer covers return shipping; we cover the re-delivery.
The item I received is defective — what do I do?
We're so sorry about that! Take a photo of the defect and send it to us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Products & Care
What fabric do you use?
Our activewear uses a blend of nylon and spandex (typically 80/20), chosen for its durability, moisture-wicking properties, and ability to hold its shape after repeated washes. Some collections use a peach-skin or ribbed fabric for a softer feel.
How should I wash my PLF pieces?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — air dry flat or hang. Do not bleach or iron. Washing in a laundry bag helps the fabric last longer. Avoid washing with rough fabrics like denim or towels that can cause pilling.
Will the colour fade after washing?
Our fabrics are colourfast tested. To keep colours vibrant, wash with similar colours and avoid prolonged soaking. The first wash may release a tiny amount of excess dye — this is normal and will not affect the final colour.
