Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays and Pre-Order). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country (usually 7-14 business days)
  • Pre-Order: 7-14 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to meet the estimated delivery window.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping is free on orders over RM 149.99.
  • For orders under RM 149.99, a flat shipping fee of RM 8 (West Malaysia), RM 15 (East Malaysia) applies.
  • Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped together with any in-stock items in your order once the pre-order product becomes available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, you can request to ship in-stock and pre-order items separately.
  • If you choose to have them shipped separately, additional shipping fees will apply for each shipment.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's status.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders):
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties or import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.
