At Pretty Little Fit we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy on all orders*.

How It Works:

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team on Instagram @plfmalaysia with your order number. We'll provide you with easy return instructions.
  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be in unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
