Peel Off the Backing:
Carefully peel off the protective backing from the adhesive side of the nipple cover. Be careful not to touch the adhesive part to prevent any dirt or oils from transferring.
Position the Nipple Cover:
Place the nipple cover over your nipple, ensuring it aligns properly. Gently press it down to make sure it sticks securely to your skin.
Adjust for Comfort:
Once the nipple cover is in place, adjust it to make sure it fits comfortably and covers your nipple completely. It should feel smooth and stay in place throughout the day.
Remove Gently:
To remove the nipple cover, carefully peel it off from the edges. If it’s adhesive, do so slowly to avoid irritation.
