Find the Pad Opening:
Most of our bra tops have a small inner slit on the side or bottom of each cup — that’s where the pads go in.
Insert the Pad:
Gently fold the pad slightly and slide it through the opening. Adjust it once it's inside so it sits smoothly in place.
Align & Flatten:
Use your fingers to position the pad evenly — it should sit comfortably in the center for a natural shape and support.
Repeat on the Other Side:
Do the same for the other cup. Make sure both pads are sitting evenly for a balanced fit.
